Shipping policy

Order Processing and Fulfillment
We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 1–3 business days.

Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM (local warehouse time) on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Time
After the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on logistics conditions and external factors.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Fees
Orders under $129.99: A shipping fee of $8.99 will apply.
Orders of $129.99 or more: Free shipping is available.

Order Tracking
You may track your order status by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order details.

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order. After this time period, your order may already be in processing or shipment status, and we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
