Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Unshipped Orders
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you may submit a cancellation request through any of our customer service channels. In this case, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount paid at no additional cost.

2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return process after the order has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return instructions provided on your package or contact our customer service team for assistance.

3. Refund Process
Processing Time: After we receive your cancellation request, refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days following approval of your request.

Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to your original payment method used at the time of purchase.
